5. Bleaching

7. Overwater and dehydration

The centrifugal force generated when the drum of the washing machine rotates at high speed is used to minimize the moisture content of the fabric in the drum. This process requires relatively high equipment performance.

8. Peracid neutralization

The detergents commonly used in washing are alkaline. Even after repeated washing, there is no guarantee that there will be no alkaline components. 9. Soft

This process is a washable process. Generally, according to customer needs, softening treatment is a post-processing process, not a decontamination process. 10. Sizing

The sizing step is mainly for cotton products or mixed fiber fabrics such as tablecloths, napkins, and some uniforms in restaurants. After sizing, the surface of the starched fabric can be straightened to prevent fluffing, and at the same time, a layer of size film can be formed on the surface of the starched fabric, which can hinder the penetration of dirt to a certain extent.
