I would use a towel thats not going to be used on me. I agree, you do carry in all kinds of gross things on your shoes. Thats why everyone should take off their shoes at the door. That would be alot cleaner. (now,. ...if I could only get my family to do just that)

I tend to wash mine after every use. Its a habit i picked up from my childhood. I dont think its necissarily wrong or gross to use it more than once so long as it isnt bunched and smelly. But even if your just drying a clean body you are still getting excess soap, dry skin, and even leftover dirt onto the towel. So i would say 2-3 times max for reuse.

Of course a towel. The easiest way to be green is reuse and by using a towel you can reuse it. Once you use paper towel sure you can recycle it but remember to produce paper there is a lot of energy used so why waste a lot of paper, when you can use one towel and then reuse it? Hope this helps!

Loofahs are not gross and germy- just rinse it out after you use it and try to hang it up to dry after you use it. They are great for making your skin soft! They need to be replaced about every 3 months, or when they start to fall apart and get really rough. It's always good to kinda rinse off before you use them though.
