We made moats. We wet the bed.A swinging door along the sidewalk stands as a terminus between the pavement and grass. It is upright, between two trees, propped closer to the shorter dark green manicure whose overhanging branches graze the top of the erected divider. Why are we always demarcating, pissing lines to signify separation? The piss streams were on display when I did not go out of my way to gather ice for her drink, stand by to meet people, together, or to ingratiate ourselves to the hosts. She pissed by keeping her distance, yapping it up with D arborist, expressing enthusiasm for others conversation.Later, our pissing wet the bed. A standoff in the night of too tired and lifeless docility; A warm fleshy mannequin without the love interest and imagination from the fetishist. Why do we do this to ourselves, stew in our own excretion? We stood there in soiled underwear embarrassed only by our own indifference to the other staring blankly back.
