Making My Own Crib Bedding Set?

whilst you are stable at stitching and could do a stable activity then optimistic! you could pass to the cloth keep and %. out regardless of fabric you go with for a pair of greenbacks. i in my opinion wouldnt do it through fact i cant stitch!! Edit: I accept as true with the poster above approximately merely paying for a crib sheet. you will no longer use a heavy blanket till they are lots older and that they are asserting that the bumpers are risky through fact they block airflow and can be a suffocation threat

1. Is a crib bedding set necessary?

that's what i did. i wanted a skirt just for the decor (and so i could store things out of sight under the crib) and found a coordinating one on ebay. i can not believe places like babies r us and even target want $150 for these crib sets. they are pretty, but really not practical. go for just the sheets!.

LOVE the third one. I used this set to complete my gender neutral nursery also, but I paid like $190 at BRU... it pays to shop around. I think the yellow and green theme is great for either sex. I disagree with the first two answers. It's perfect either way

Wow, this is great bedding. I love the contrast of the black and white. A brighter shade of peach would be more cohesive than a shade of peach that is too pastel. I think I may have answered your other question earlier. Now that I have seen the bedding, my previous advise still stands: I would paint the wall behind the bed a brighter shade of peach and the rest of the walls a lighter shade if you do not want to go too bright for the entire room.

awww!!! thats lovely!! how about going for beige warm colour and getting or making stencils in the shapes and colours of the duvet? As long as there are colours on the wall to attract babys attention, the actual colour of the wall doesnt overly matter. My sis painted her kiddos room light pink, and bought disney princess stencils and glitter painted 'princess lilly' around her room.

The darker one is more sophisticated and you will probably enjoy it for a longer period of time. The brighter one, although fun and cool, is quite bright for a room you want to go to sleep in. If you have no trouble relaxing at the end of the day and falling asleep at night, then that's not an issue for you. If you want to add decor to the room, I think the dark one will be easier to match. The bright one is more limiting and already so busy on its own that additional decor can quickly make the room look cluttered. The darker one says grown up, sophisticated, elegant, romantic, relaxed. The brighter one says fun, energy, excitement, busy. Although I appreciate both patterns, I think the darker one might be a better choice. My two cents! ;)

I bought my new daughter's bedding on ebay. its adoreable and like it said was brand new! its by JoJo. Ive never had a problem with ebay. Just check the sellers feedback. All four of your ideas are cute but my personal fav is the little pond set. Its sooo cute! I would totally buy that for a little boy. Congrats on becoming a momma!! Oh and the comforter...for the first few months i used it for decoration. It was just to thick for the baby. My 17 month old started using hers at around 6 months or so. : )
