Will a Lavendor/Lilac Wall Paint Look Good with This Baby Bedding Set?

hi, dear.. well will like to say this that lavender is one of my favorite color and i 'm also thinking to get my room colored with it before my baby comes i think its a good choice & your baby girl will love it... i think pink is also a good color especially for girls so if you are going to do a mix & match style then it can help you to bring up really a nice background type of feel.. as you are having a design on the bedding sheets or so you can get the same or some what that kind of design on the wall with mixing purple & pink..!! hope i have helped..!!

1. Does this bedding set go with this color of crib? pics included!?

I will be honest, I do not really like it. Is that your home? It really does not match the wall/carpet color, but the natural color of the crib does. If the actual baby room is more colorful with a lot of whites and primary colors it will work fine. However, the baby wo not care at all either way! :) He will just be happy to be in your world with you.

2. Baby bedding set, is it worth it?

They really dont use the quilt/blanket part unless you also use the bedding when you transfer to a toddler bed...like with one of the convertible cribs. I do think the matching quilts make a good wall hanging, though. I also had trouble finding a set that I liked..I did not want a "theme" like animals or butterflies or transportation. You can find a specialty baby store or find a place online where you pick the materials you like and create your own set. For example, I chose a stripe for the bedskirt, and solid for the sheet, and a polka dot for the bumper. (I think the company is called New Arrivals, Inc?) Sometimes these special orders can be quite pricey. If you are looking for plain and simple, target and babies r us have solid color bumpers and sheets for a very reasonable price. If you only want to get what is needed....2 sheets and a bumper. Good luck!

yes i would think so...its pretty

I like the dots :) It's something that you could do a lot with, and you are not really super limited as to what can go in the room. Best of luck

6. Can you make a twin sized bedding set fit a toddler bed?

try folding the sheets in half and just wrapping it around the mattress. I would pin that together somehow on the bottom though, to make sure it's tight on top. As for the comforter and other sheets, you could start by laying them down on the boards of the bed, putting the mattress with it's sheet on top and folding the comforter over top. It's possible that it could work. It could look bulky, but it could also be really comfortable!! But I would not try this if your child who has special needs or on the petite side. It is still possible for risk of sids, and that would be terrible

7. I need your opinion/ vote on bedding set?

The baby will be able to look and focus on the pearlekids one faster because of the basic goemetric shapes. I like that one personally a lot better than the pottery barn one. I've had two boys and spent hundreds of dollars on bedding...looking back on it now, I wish I had used that money more wisely! They are in their crib for such a short length of time...why not buy basic blue from walmart and save the rest for when you get him his "big boy" bed...? Best wishes

9. What to do with the blanket that comes with the crib bedding set while baby is still a newborn?

Draping it over the crib would be cute. Hanging it on the wall sounds like a pretty good idea, but I think having it draped would be cuter. Also, you will be able to easily grab it to snuggle with baby. By the time baby is big enough to pull it off the crib they will be big enough to use it.
