Folklore and mythology, Harvard: This course is described on Harvard's website as a study of any given society through its language and culture and also through fieldwork.

Film scoring, Berklee: This course teaches music composition, orchestration, and conducting-and how to pair it all with visual elements like film. Over the course, film scoring majors have to produce a portfolio including a finished short film score and a TV show theme song.
