How Much Would You Pay for Crib Bedding Set?

I agree. I would pay 50-60 bucks... but at a yard sale, most will not. I sold a bunch of baby stuff, and people wanted me to practically GIVE it away! If I paid 120 for something, was still in perfect condition, and had it marked 20 or 30 bucks, it would just sit there. Until someone would pick it up and ask me if I would take 10!! It was so hard to part with stuff for so little money, but i wanted it outta my garage, and know that consignment shops totally rip you off!! This next lot of stuff that my baby is outgrowing is going to be sold on craigslist! haha

Okay, those are 2 totally opposite ends of the spectrum. I actually like both (I am a little nuts myself). I do need to make you aware that on the first set you will get the comforter, bed skirt and two shams. You are looking at a photo of a wall painted to make the set look good with a headboard covered to compliment the set and a bed full of pillows you will not have unless purchased separately. You did not mention a budget, but these are all things I try to keep in mind. It will look different on your bed in your room. The second set is a complete ensemble, even the toss pillows come included. It's a little bright for my own taste first thing in the morning, but it's a good mix of colors. The up side to this one is that it IS reversible, so you can change it up a little when you tire of the one look. Honestly, I think I've talked myself into the second set

I hope you are not planning on putting that stuff in the crib with your newborn...? The ONLY thing that should be in the crib is your baby. No bedding, no bumpers, not anything. Just your baby either swaddle or in a baby sleeping bag. The sets that you have linked for are REALLY dangerous. No way should baby have that much stuff in the crib, it's a very high risk factor for SIDS. Sure they are cute but not safe

I prefer the 2nd of the two. It seems more boyish and I think it is very cute. I have decided that i want to use winnie the pooh bedding, the classic pooh its more old fashioned and gender neutral since we wont be finding out the gender until he/she is born!

for safety reasons, bumpers and comforters should not even be used. i am like you and want everything to look perfect, but i decided not to get a set because safety is more important than spending money on something i wo not use anyway. get a nice quilt and drape in on the side of the crib when baby's not in it. that will add color and tie everything together

I like the brown and pink best but the black and white is my second favorite. Search Julia by Kids Line. I do not think it's on the site you are looking at but I love it! I was going to get it from Burlington Baby Depot if I was having a girl but we are having a baby boy and settled on the Pirates Cove by Cottontale! (:
