Well of course if it's in bad shape, replace it ASAP. Shower curtains are very cheap. I've had mine for about 3 years now, it's in good shape but filled with black fungus, which is very annoying. I did not manage to rub it off with any sponge, though I've yet to try chlorine on it. Sometimes with these things you just figure: buying a new one is easier, cheap, and usually delivers better results than struggling to clean the old one... :-)

hi okay first thing to do or what i usally do is go down to a local place and get afew samples of the texture, because texture also has to do with the room e.g.the shade of blue you use around the room.but the most important factor is the colour my freind is an interior designer and says that if its a light smooth texture then you should have a nice sharp colour to bring it out.p.s.also vice versa hope this helps x
