ELIYA Hotel Linen Supplier & Manufacturer - Dedicated in providing hotel linens wholesale worldwide since 2006.
(I) Pre-sales consultation
Market analysis: At that time, Foshan's tourism industry and business activities were booming, and the demand for high-quality linens in high-end hotels soared. ELIYA's survey found that the region was dominated by business and high-end vacation travelers, who had extremely high requirements for hotel comfort, aesthetics and cultural connotations, while most suppliers were insufficient in product innovation and service flexibility. To this end, ELIYA formulated a high-quality, personalized and regional cultural integrated market strategy.
Demand sorting: The project team had in-depth communication with the hotel owner many times, and recorded in detail the owner's needs for linens in various areas in terms of style, material, color, quantity, etc. For example, guest room linens need to be skin-friendly and durable, and restaurant linens need to be easy to clean and stain-resistant. These needs were sorted into a mind map to provide precise direction for the design.
Full-case design: The design team combined Foshan Lingnan culture with Wyndham's brand positioning to create a unique solution. The lobby cushions incorporate Foshan paper-cutting art, and the guest room linens are made of top-grade Egyptian long-staple cotton, with soft tones and delicate stitching; the restaurant linens are made of stain-resistant and easy-to-clean fabrics, with a simple and elegant design. It is worth mentioning that the hotel owner requires the linen procurement standard to be three levels higher than the original brand. All bedding is made of 600TC long-staple cotton and embroidered with golden bougainvillea. The linens in the guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, living rooms and other areas are customized by designers, with different patterns, colors and materials.

System upgrade: According to the new needs of the hotel, ELIYA optimized the inventory function of the linen management system and introduced an intelligent early warning mechanism. Regular visits were made to collect opinions and fine-tune the style of restaurant linens, such as adding pockets to facilitate the placement of tableware.
(IV) Project results
The project was successfully completed, and the hotel linens were completely renewed, improving the overall image and comfort. The owner highly recognized it, laying the foundation for ELIYA to expand its business. In particular, 3 days before the hotel opened, the customer temporarily requested to add more than 1,000 pillows in nearly 60 design styles. In December, the peak season for hotel linens, ELIYA started working 24 hours a day to rush to make them, fully demonstrating its strong adaptability and service spirit.
